This impressive feat was accomplished while pursuing his undergraduate degree from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, and was an experience that ultimately fueled Joe’s passion for real estate.

As a finance major, Joe’s expertise lies in analyzing trends and data. In addition to his academic qualifications, he also founded Next Wave Watersports, a thriving Jet Ski Rental Company in the Chicagoland area. This experience has provided Joe with a wealth of valuable skills that translate perfectly into the real estate industry, enabling him to deliver an exceptional experience to his clients.
