About Tyler Morgen

Tyler was born in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago and moved to the city in 2010 where he got a degree in advertising. He got into real estate after moving back to Chicago after 10 years in Los Angeles where he pursued TV/film writing. Tyler has always enjoyed the fast paced career paths he’s chosen and the ability to interact with new people on a daily basis. With his skill set of advertising and marketing as well as his creative mindset, entering the real estate world came as an exciting opportunity. Tyler joined the LARICY team in 2025 with his portfolio consisting of condos, townhomes, land deals, and single family homes. He is looking forward to what the future holds in this industry and can’t wait to deliver uncompromising service to his clients in order to find the home of their dreams.
